Bethlehem has a very active Women of the ELCA organization which includes one bible study group, Joy Circle and a group that makes quilts for the Lutheran World Relief.  This group attends and helps sponsors World Day of Prayer, Midland’s Conference Spring Gathering, Nebraska Synod Women’s Organization Convention and an Autumn Renewal Conference.  In 2006, the quilting group made 65 quilts, 30 health kits, five school kits and 12 layettes to support Lutheran World Relief.

The Service Guild is divided into seven groups and each is called upon to furnish food for receptions, coffees, dinners and funerals.  Monthly offerings plus monies received for serving lunch following funerals goes into a fund for items for the church kitchen and church.
